1. Luxury Cab Rental Terms and Conditions – General Usage Policy
These general terms apply to all bookings made through Cab Buddy for luxury cabs, premium sedans, SUVs, business-class cars, and wedding/event vehicles.
General Usage Rules
The vehicle should be used strictly for the purpose mentioned during booking.
Any change in travel plan must be communicated in advance to avoid additional charges.
Passengers must maintain the cleanliness of the cab and avoid causing any interior damage.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are not allowed inside the vehicle.
Passengers are expected to cooperate with the chauffeur for route, schedule, and safety compliance.
Chauffeur Behaviour and Duty
Cab Buddy drivers are trained, verified, and expected to maintain professionalism. However, passengers must also treat chauffeurs with respect and must not force them into unsafe or prohibited actions.
If any passenger misbehaves or poses a safety risk, Cab Buddy has the right to cancel the ride immediately without refund.
2. Luxury Car Rental Policy – Booking, Confirmation & Payment Terms

Payment Terms
Advance payment (10–50% depending on the vehicle type) is mandatory.
Remaining amount must be cleared before or immediately after the trip.
For outstation trips, full fuel charges, toll, parking, and driver allowance apply.
Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted digital modes.
Cab Buddy does not accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect booking details given by the customer.
3. Premium Cab Hire Rules – Ride Safety, Conduct & Travel Guidelines
Cab Buddy prioritises customer safety and top-quality travel service. To maintain a secure travel environment, passengers must follow these rules:
Safety Guidelines:
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Passengers must allow the driver to follow traffic laws strictly.
Overloading the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
No hazardous materials or illegal substances are allowed.
Driver’s Authority
The chauffeur has full right to:
Cancel the trip if passenger behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate
Decline routes that pose a safety risk
Stop for rest on long outstation trips as per driving limits
Luggage Policy
Passengers are responsible for securing their belongings.
Cab Buddy is not liable for lost valuables left in the vehicle.
Heavy or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
Damage to Vehicle
If passengers cause damage such as:
Spilling food
Tearing seats
Scratching surfaces
Breaking accessories
A penalty or repair charge will be applicable.
4. Corporate and Business-Class Taxi Terms – Commercial Travel Policy
Cab Buddy offers special policies for corporate clients, business travellers, and VIP travel.
Corporate Travel Guidelines
Monthly or annual billing can be arranged for companies.
Corporate riders must share proper travel schedules.
Vehicles used for VIP movement require advance booking to ensure availability.
Commercial Use Conditions
Customers renting luxury cars for events such as:
Film shoots
VIP events
Corporate seminars
Delegation travel
Premium guest transportation
Must follow:
Pre-approved route plans
Time restrictions
Driver rest guidelines
Security and safety norms
Business-Class Vehicle Terms
Cars like Mercedes, Audi, BMW, and Jaguar come with:
Higher advance confirmation

Premium insurance coverage

The client is responsible for any misuse, unauthorised use, or third-party damage caused during booking.
5. Luxury Cab Cancellation Policy – Refund, Changes & Rebooking Terms
Cancellations affect both vehicle scheduling and chauffeur availability. Thus, these terms apply:
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation within 24 hours of travel: partial deduction from advance
Cancellation within 12 hours: 50% retention
Cancellation within 6 hours: no refund
Last-minute cancellation during peak season: full charges apply
Rescheduling Conditions
Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability
Fare difference (if any) must be paid
Advance payment may be adjusted depending on timing
Early End of Trip
If the customer ends the ride early, original billing (minimum hours/km) still applies.
No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable at the pickup location after multiple attempts, the booking will be cancelled and no refund provided.
